State and deploy reliability: app state saved once with honest cache reporting, restored instances persisted incrementally, app names validated with removed data purged, and compiles bounded.

This is a patch release: no documented behavior changed, so the the documentation still applies.

Install or upgrade

The installer selects the correct prebuilt binary and configures the Linux monitor service. Running it again upgrades an existing installation.
